Happy New Year to all you wonderful makeup artists and hairstylists. We hope everyone had a wonderful time over Christmas, the Holidays and New Year, spent some time with your family and loved ones, and had a chance to relax!  Here in Brisbane, Australia its been very hot (summer down under) so we’ve been at the BEACH, which I know seems weird to our Northern Hemisphere friends, but that’s the way it is here.

Last week we met with the App Developers to check in on the progress of the BIG UPGRADE that we have planned for 2018.  We will be introducing a Premium Version of the App sometime this year.  We saw mock-ups (wire-frames they call them in the IT world) of what the app will look like and I’ve got to say, we are really excited.

Big thanks to everyone who took the time to fill out our survey, and based on your feedback, we have already moved the App to a new server so it will run a lot faster (yay!!), and the other big things coming include a DESKTOP version (which will, of course, sync with your phone/iPad/tablet), and the ability for you to enter pricing into the app and generate invoices which you can email directly to your brides and clients.

One of the questions that came up in that meeting was around contracts and T&Cs.  We are wondering if having the ability for your brides to accept your contract/T&Cs online (digital signature) is something that you’d like to see in the App?  Let us know in the comments below, email us or comment on our Facebook Page.
